You must register to use HyperLMS. On your first visit, click "Register Here" and fill out all information in the New Student Registration form.
Fill out the form. Items marked with asterisks ('*') are required.
Submit the form by clicking "Register". An e-mail message with your activation code will arrive within minutes.
Be sure to type the activation code exactly as it appears in the e-mail message. If copying-and-pasting, be sure no extra spaces are included. This will prevent successful activation.
Be sure you're logging into the right place. The most common cause of failed login is attempting to log in at the wrong address.
Log in at this address:

The login screen should look like this:

Upon successful login, you will be asked to verify which media player your computer uses and your internet connection speed.

In general, on Windows, you chould choose "Windows Media Player" and on Macintosh, you should choose "Quicktime Player" although both players are available in cross-platform versions.
If you're unsure about which player you have, HyperLMS will attempt to find what's installed on your machine. Look at the table at the right of the Select Media window. (see example below.) It should tell you what media player(s) you have.
This example shows a user with both Quicktime and Windows Media Player installed. This hypothetical user could choose either player.
Your machine should have at least one of these media players installed. If not, you can . . .
Download Windows Media Player™
or
Download Quicktime™ Player
In some cases, your machine will have no media players installed. This is common in corporate environments to discourage non-work related surfing. If your machine is locked down tightly enough, you may find yourself unable to install a media player. In this case, simply choose "Do NOT Play Audio or Video Files."
After doing this, you can view the course material as text-only files without the accompanying audio.
Talk to your IT department and ask them to install either Windows Media Player or Quicktime Player for the purposes of this course. (Both players are free.) Your learning experience will be greatly enhanced by the audio and video files that accompany the course material.
Your browser needs to be set to allow cookies from our site to store information about your chosen media player and connection speed. This is easy to do. Follow these instructions:
1.) In Internet Explorer 6, select Tools → Internet Options. Then click the Privacy Tab.
Click the "Advanced" button; the "Advanced Privacy Settings" window will open. Duplicate the settings shown in the figure below.
Click "OK," then "Apply" in the previous "Internet Options" window. The problem should now be solved.
Your first time in HyperLMS, you will have no courses available to you. This is normal. You must enter your course code in the text field labeled "Enter Course Code." The courses you have purchased will become available.
If you don't have a course code, contact your account manager.
Please note: You must do this only once per course. The added course will be available everytime you log in.
The learning center has built-in reporting features to allow you to easily track the progress of your students, view exam scores, and course details. To access the reporting system, choose Reports in the left menu within the LMS.

Choose one of the available reports: (see graphic above)
Immediately after clicking one of the choices, you will be asked to hone your search to a greater degree of specificity; input fields will appear. See the figure below for an example.
You can add custom reports to your list of available reports. After you have selected the parameters of your search, and before you click Show Report, the "Save Selection" box will appear. Identify your custom report by typing a descriptive name in the name field. Click "Save."

Your search criteria will now be saved under "Custom Reports" for easy access. Be sure to give your searches more descriptive names than My Custom Report.
